Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the Cuba Now! Summer Camp?
Cuba Now! is a training experience designed to foster synergies between high intellectual ability and physical and psychological durability. Cultivating intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, bravery, curiosity, compassion, and social skills are all sorely lacking in most education and are highly necessary traits for our uncertain times. Our 360 degree training converts abstract ideals to daily lived practices.

Students are accommodated in a local bed and breakfast with AC and hot water. Our priority is to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all attendees, near the Central Plaza of Santa Clara.

All students must be able to run a minimum of 3 miles in under 30 minutes, have some upper body strength, and speak some rudimentary Spanish from Duolingo or some other source.

-
Proper etiquette, volunteering, and showing general respect for staff and local residents is a must!
